Stunning LWB VW camper

Very disappointing! I received a msg from Jayne 3 days before collection of the van to say the leisure battery power was not working. Spoke to Jayne on the phone and said I would come back to her. Camptoo alternatives were not for my dates. Next day I received an email from Jayne she had cancelled my booking! Very stressful reregistering the contract as had no alternatives. Asked for a reduction from Jayne as not getting what I paid for, she agreed to £50 to be collected on return of van. I asked if it could be given upfront for the holiday expenses. When collected the van no money offered. Jayne showed me the drivers mirror which was loose but repaired she said. The mirror slipped after a day, was hanging on a thread managed to get ducktape at campsite to stick it up. Very dangerous! Jayne said she would supply an outside table, this was not provided. I phoned Jayne to ask if we could have an extra night in lieu of no battery and £50. She sniggered its much more expensive than that! She would give me the £50 when I return the van, asked for extra due to extra night which was full price( no reduction for lack of leisure battery)she refused. I would not recommend hiring from Jayne and Paul. It was unnecessarily stressful due to bad spirited negotiations and lack of commitment to provide what was agreed.

Me and our lass hired Jayne and Paul’s lovely camper for a weekend, and what an absolute joy it was. First off all we met the lovely Jayne who showed us all we needed to know and then off we went. The camper drove faultlessly, pitching up was very easy and the van itself was just brilliant, couldn’t fault a single thing about it and everything we needed was included. Handing it back to Jayne and Paul was rather sad as we loved it, but it was very straight forward. Many thanks.

Fabulous camper van, very modern, excellent condition and lovely and clean on collection. The van was very comfortable to drive, we would definitely recommend this van, we staying it for 5 nights with our daughter, we had an amazing trip and would love to have another adventure in it.
